Builder
Builder members are companies that focus on new home construction, including single-family homes, townhomes, or multi-family projects. This membership category is geared toward companies that build from the ground up, including custom builders, urban/infill builders, and volume builders.

Associate (Supplier of Products or Services)
Associate members are companies that provide a product or service within the home building industry. Examples of associate members include, but are not limited to: engineers, designers, lenders, building suppliers, and trades.

Remodeler
Remodeler members are companies that primarily work on renovations, additions, and improvements to existing homes, whole-home remodels, or structural updates.

Developer members are companies that develop residential or mixed-use communities. Membership pricing is based on revenue from lots sold within a year.

When you join the HBA, you also become a member of the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). TAB has nearly 10,000 members across the state and NAHB has 140,000 members nationwide.

Whether you are a designer, remodeler, project manager, or business owner, the HBA offers a variety of classes and seminars each year to support your work.
