Finance Committee
The Finance Committee develops and recommends financial policies to the Board of Directors. Additionally, this committee provides a more detailed oversight of the association's operational funds. Members of this committee are appointed by the Board of Directors.

HomePAC is the HBA’s Political Action Committee (PAC) administered by its own Board of Trustees. The Trustees consist of 16 PAC contributors who make a minimum contribution of $250 annually and who are HBA members in good standing. HomePAC’s purpose is to raise money for pro-housing candidates and support pro-housing initiatives.
Issues Fund
The purpose of the Issues Fund Committee is to gain financial support from members to fund specific and acute issues that will have a lasting impact on the development community. The Issues Fund Committee oversees the selection of initiatives and distribution of funds. Previously, the Issues Fund has funded independent research, hired contract lobbyists and PR firms for specific housing issues, and has completed impact fee studies for the region. To submit an issue for the Issues Fund Committee to review, contact the HBA Staff Liaison.
Executive Committee & Board of Directors
The HBA Board of Directors represents the entire HBA membership. The board is responsible for establishing the association's vision and mission, setting strategy and organizational policy, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the HBA. They provide high-level oversight of association activities and performance. Of the 25-person board, nine individuals serve on the Executive Committee.
