Data in this analysis is derived from "Initial Report on a Survey of Residential Land and Housing Development Fees in Texas" released in June 2022 by the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University, as well as housing market statistics from the ACTRIS multiple listing service, the most complete, accurate source of listing information across the 18-county Central Texas region.
