2023 Benefit Home

About the Project
The 2023 Benefit Home was built by Brookfield Residential in Easton Park, a 2,700-acre master-planned community in Southeast Austin. Easton Park is focused on celebrating the best of Austin living with a vibrant community that enjoys activities like live music, food trailers, movies in the park, and running the trails.

Brookfield Residential generously donated the residential lot and paid to build the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, including the cost of labor and materials.

The approximately 2,900-square foot home broke ground on September 29, 2023 and completed construction in the spring of 2024.
