Million Dollar Club Awards
The Million Dollar Club Awards is a Nationally-recognized program that spotlights industry sales professionals on a quarterly basis, recognizing new home sales achievements of Sales Persons, Sales Managers and REALTORS (Brokers, Broker-Associates, Sales Associates), mortgage and title companies in the Austin-area for annual quarter’s closed NEW home sales.
Call for Entries: Open until July 17, 2018: Now accepting entries for Q1 & Q2 2018
To qualify as a salesperson, he/she must have reached or exceeded the following closed (NET) annual new home sales volume during any given quarter (Q1 & Q2 are awarded in July and Q3 & Q4 are awarded in February)
REALTORS (Brokers, Broker-Associates, Sales Associates), as well as those employed by builders (on-site), mortgage professionals, mortgage companies and title companies, are also eligible. Applications may be made by or on behalf of the applicant.
Applicant must be a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin and must be a current member of the Sales & Marketing Council. Learn more
To qualify as a salesperson, mortgage professional, title professional or Realtor, the salesperson must have exceeded the following annual closed (NET) sales volume for new homes during each quarter.
- BRONZE CITATION: $1 – 1.9 Million
- SILVER CITATION: $2 – 4.9 Million
- GOLD CITATION: $5 – 9.9 Million
- PLATINUM CITATION: $10+ Million
To qualify as a Sales Manager, the manager, and staff must have reached or exceeded the following annual closed (NET) sales volume:
- BRONZE CITATION: $5 – 9.9 Million
- SILVER CITATION: $10 – 14.9 Million
- GOLD CITATION: $15 – 19.9 Million
- PLATINUM CITATION: $20+ Million
NOTE: WE HAVE MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE ENTRY PROCESS – PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
For each applicant, collect total sales for NEW homes closed for Q1 (Jan-Mar) and Q2 (Apr – Jun) 2018. (note: each will be submitted indiviudally. Q1 = 1 Application & Q2 = 1 Application)
Click the “submit your entries” button. Complete your contact information and select the number of applications you are submitting. (Note: most people submit two applications per applicant (Q1 & Q2). Complete the payment section & submit. *You may, but do not need to fill in your applicant’s contact information on the attendees tab when registering to pay entry fees online. You will include that information for each applicant in the spreadsheet (see below for details).
You will receive an email receipt with a link to download a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has six columns. First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Quarter, Dollar Volume and Email Address. You will need to complete a row for each application (for example: John Smith will have a row for Q1 total and another row for Q2 total)
SMC Members: $25 per application
Non-SMC Members: $30 per application
