Million Dollar Club Awards
The Million Dollar Club Awards is a Nationally-recognized program that spotlights industry sales professionals on a quarterly basis, recognizing new home sales achievements of Sales Persons, Sales Managers and REALTORS (Brokers, Broker-Associates, Sales Associates), mortgage and title companies in the Austin-area for annual quarter’s closed NEW home sales.

Call for Entries: Now accepting entries for Q1 & Q2 2019 by July 16, 2019
Eligibility:
To qualify as a salesperson, he/she must have reached or exceeded the following closed (NET) annual new home sales volume during any given quarter (Q1 & Q2 are awarded in July and Q3 & Q4 are awarded in Jan/Feb)
REALTORS (Brokers, Broker-Associates, Sales Associates), as well as those employed by builders (on-site), mortgage professionals, mortgage companies and title companies, are also eligible. Applications may be made by or on behalf of the applicant.
Applicant must be a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin and must be a current member of the Sales & Marketing Council. Learn more
To qualify as a salesperson, mortgage professional, title professional or Realtor, the salesperson must have exceeded the following annual closed (NET) sales volume for new homes during each quarter.
- BRONZE CITATION: $1 – 1.9 Million
- SILVER CITATION: $2 – 4.9 Million
- GOLD CITATION: $5 – 9.9 Million
- PLATINUM CITATION: $10+ Million
To qualify as a Sales Manager, the manager, and staff must have reached or exceeded the following annual closed (NET) sales volume:
- BRONZE CITATION: $5 – 9.9 Million
- SILVER CITATION: $10 – 14.9 Million
- GOLD CITATION: $15 – 19.9 Million
- PLATINUM CITATION: $20+ Million
NOTE: WE HAVE MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE ENTRY PROCESS – PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
Step 1:
For each applicant, collect total sales for NEW homes closed for Q1 and Q2 2019. (note: each will be submitted individually. Q1 = 1 Application & Q2 = 1 Application)
Step 2:
Click the “Register” button. Complete your contact information and select the number of applications you are submitting using the Million Dollar Awards Entry Fee option. (Note: most people submit two applications per applicant (Q1 & Q2). Once you have chosen the number of entries you would like to submit, click the next button. Once on the attendees page, include the Name, Email, Quarter, and Dollar Volume on the blank spaces provided. Complete the payment section & submit.

SMC Members: $25 per application
Non-SMC Members: $30 per application
