The Williamson County Chapter meets the first Tuesday of the second month in each quarter.
11:30am: lunch. Noon-1:00pm: program. Registration required to attend.

November Program: Williamson County Infrastructure Update
Topic: Why City and County transportation plans have traditionally failed and what Williamson County is doing to address the planning issues and the transportation challenges ahead.
Speaker: Terron Evertson, Williamson County Engineer
Terron is responsible for all of the county’s engineering regulatory affairs, such as subdivision plat review, traffic management, On Site Sewage Facilities and FEMA floodplain program management. As County Engineer, he is also responsible for the design and maintenance of the county’s 1,400-mile roadway system.
Mr. Evertson began his engineering career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where he served in various positions including: the design engineer for the Central Texas Turnpike Project (SH130, SH 45 and Loop 1), construction engineer for the IH 35/SH 45 directional interchange, and the TxDOT Austin District’s director of Right of Way and Utilities.
Prior to his engineering career, he honorably served in the United States Navy during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In his free time, he volunteers as a coach and Scout leader for his children’s activities.
