Join us for an instructor-led class on practical public speaking techniques, including improving your vocals, posture, gestures, and content. Personalized videotaping exercise included.

About Speaker: Christine Richards, Communication Strategies
Christine Richards is a speaker and consultant through her company CR Communication Strategies LLC, providing expertise in presentation skills, interviewing, résumés, business and technical writing, nonverbal communication, and business etiquette. She has developed communication training programs for clients such as Prinston Pharmaceuticals, AvidXchange, Millsport Motorsports Marketing, Roche Diagnostics, The Indiana Leadership Forum, and Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
Her experience also includes 13 years as a college lecturer, specializing in business communication at Belmont Abbey College, near Charlotte. Richards received a B. A. in Communication Studies from I.U.P.U.I, where she was a member of the debate team and earned the Outstanding Novice Debater Award. In 2001, she earned her master’s degree in organizational management from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte.
