City of Georgetown – Transportation Impact Fees

The City of Georgetown is considering adopting transportation impact fees.  The proposed ordinance is still being drafted as city staff consider recommendations from the City’s Impact Fee Advisory Committee.  For December’s Advocacy Forum, city staff and their consultant will give an update on the proposed fees and answer questions that HBA members may have.
