The HBA Young Professionals Council seeks to encourage young leaders to get involved and help continue the proud tradition of industry involvement into the future. The Young Professionals Council focuses on encouraging membership and relationships among people under 45 within the local homebuilding industry. The Council meets monthly to plan quarterly events. This meeting will feature HBA President Becky Collins. She will be leading an interactive discussion about Time Management.
Committee members work to retain HBA members as well as develop new programs to recruit new members. The Membership Committee meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. All members are welcome to be a part of the Membership Committee.

Professional Women in Building (PWIB) represents women who are HBA members, member employees or extended families. The local HBA PWIB group meets monthly and is affiliated with nearly 100 local and state councils throughout the country.
The Infill Builders Council meets the quarterly on the 4th Wednesday. The first meeting will be on February 27. 12:30pm – 1:30pm All HBA members welcome.
