Williamson County hosts meeting for builders and developers to discuss revisions to subdivision ordinance
Williamson County hosted an open house this morning where they will go over the proposed changes to the County’s subdivision ordinance. These changes include revisions to the County’s drainage calculations, HB 3167 compliance, and administrative clean up. Many of these changes have been vetted by the Subdivision Ordinance Subcommittee, where the HBA and two of its members serve as appointed members.
The revisions are still in draft form and are subject to change. The County will be publishing a link to the revisions sometime this week for further review. Please forward any questions, concerns, or other feedback on the proposed revisions to David Glenn, Director of Government Relations at email@example.com.
