305 Duckhorne Pass – Seven Custom Homes

Their discerning eye naturally led Seven Custom Homes to Las Colinas Estates, Serene Hills’ most recent development offering sprawling estate homesites. The endless stretches of preserve land—once a family-operated ranch—with its rolling green vistas, easily gives rise to Seven Custom Homes’ vision: to build amazing, custom homes with special attention to detail.

307 Duckhorne Pass – Matt Sitra Custom Homes

Matt Sitra Custom Homes, Inc. presents a hill country contemporary house that is designed by Cornerstone Group Architects. Furnishings and decorator services were done by Louis Shanks. To capture the “Miles of Views” there are many floor-to-ceiling windows with a palette of layered neutrals and warm earth-tones of natural wood and local rock to bring warmth to this house. In the backyard there is a superb outdoor dining and pool/spa where you can relax and enjoy the setting sun.

309 Duckhorne Pass – Texas Custom Construction

Texas Custom Construction’s Parade Home is a warm contemporary home of native stone and wood combined with soft Caribbean elements. The design takes advantage of the Hill Country views from the private master retreat on the main level. The sliding glass door allows the great room to flow to the large covered outdoor living, pool and twenty mile view beyond. A second master bedroom on the main level is wheelchair accessible with its own private garage. The wine room, safe room, hidden rainwater collection and passive thermal chimney design that make this 4,700 sq. ft. home both luxurious and sensible.311
